Just in.... The Texas Veterans Land Board (TVLB) has just announced that effective next week, ALL VETERANS currently in Texas will be considered "Texas Veterans" to be eligible for all TVLB programs.  So, Home of Record no longer matters and neither does being in Texas 12 months.  Other eligibility requirements still apply, but being a "Texas Veteran" is just a matter of being here right now.  Spread the word!
